- Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Perishable Products (Flowers & Vegetables)
Due to their perishable nature, all sales of fresh flowers and vegetables are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once the products are delivered or picked up.
Non-Perishable Products (Pooja Items, Accessories, etc.)
We offer returns or refunds only if a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a description and photo of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
