Cancellation Policy

At Bhakti Blooms LLC, we understand that circumstances may change, and we want to provide clarity regarding the cancellation of subscriptions, pre-orders, and other purchases. Please review the following policy carefully.
- Subscriptions
- Certain items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, providing repeat deliveries according to the duration and frequency you select.
- Payment for subscriptions may be charged per delivery or in advance, depending on your selection. Payment details are stored securely through our third-party payment processors.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renewat the end of their term. To prevent renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription and view upcoming deliveries.
- Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information regarding refunds for subscription products.
- Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available.
- Depending on the product, we may collect partial or full paymentat the time of purchase and charge the remaining balance (if applicable) when the order is fulfilled.
- You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilledat any time.
- Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, although you may request a refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Perishable Items
- For all perishable products(including fresh flowers, vegetables, and other items with limited shelf life), cancellations cannot be accommodated once the order is processed for delivery or pickup.
- Customers are encouraged to review their order carefully before confirmation.
- Delicate Flowers (Jasmine, Jathi, and similar): These flowers typically turn yellow after 6 days or more. Bhakti Blooms is not responsible for the freshness of these flowers beyond this period, and no refunds will be provided for orders used after this timeframe.
- Pooja Coconuts: coconuts are a natural product; their quality may vary. Bhakti Blooms is not responsible for spoilage due to nature’s factors. We strive to select the best coconuts from the lot, but we cannot guarantee their condition.
- How to Cancel
- Bhakti Blooms reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, even if an order is cancelled.

- Additional Notes
- Cancellation of an order does not exempt the customer from applicable shipping or processing feesthat have already been incurred.
