Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for every customer. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

  1. Order Processing
    • Orders for items in stockare typically processed within 4–9 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order placement.
    • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation emailor WhatsApp message with your order and tracking details (if applicable).
    • Pre-order itemsare fulfilled as soon as products arrive from our suppliers. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, your order may be canceled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  1. Shipping & Delivery Methods

We currently offer the following fulfillment options:

  • Local Pickup– Available at designated pickup locations during announced time slots.
  • Local Delivery– Offered for specific service areas around Aurora IL, Naperville, IL, Carmel IN, Fishers, IN and nearby regions for orders more than $50
  • Standard or Expedited Shipping– For non-perishable products where applicable.

Available options and associated fees will be displayed during checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery method, destination, and total order weight.

  1. Handling of Perishable Items

Our flowers and vegetables are handled with the utmost care to maintain freshness and quality.

  • Orders containing perishable items are scheduled for delivery or pickup within a weekfrom the pre-order date, depending on product arrival and logistics.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to be available for pickup or delivery at the agreed time. Bhakti Blooms is not liable for spoilage or damageresulting from failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or delayed pickup.
  1. Multiple Shipments

In certain cases, orders may be divided into multiple shipments to ensure timely delivery of available items.
If this applies to your order, you will receive separate notifications and tracking information for each package.

  1. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected delivery method.
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, supplier delays, or transportation issues may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

We will notify you promptly of any significant delays impacting your order.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped or scheduled for delivery, you will receive tracking details (if applicable) by email or WhatsApp.
Please allow a few hours for the tracking link to update after dispatch.

Bhakti Blooms LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or suppliers, but we will make every effort to keep you informed and updated.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship and deliver within the United States, focusing on local delivery zones near Naperville, IL.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or addresses outside our service areas. A physical address is required for all deliveries.

Shipping and delivery fees are calculated based on:

  • The chosen delivery method
  • Order weight and size
  • Delivery destination

Exact charges will appear during the checkout process. Additional handling fees may apply for certain bulk or special orders.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
